The 10.27.1 release date is by region:

This version fixes issues related to restoring projects and updating referenced operations in Cloud Studio.

10.27 Harmony release

Harmony portal, private agents, and Sandbox Cloud Agent Group released November 11, 12, and 16, 2020

The 10.27 release date is by region:

  • APAC: Released 11 November 2020

  • EMEA: Released 12 November 2020

  • NA: Released November 16, 2020

Included in this release are updates to these Harmony components:

The Sandbox Cloud Agent Group and web applications accessed through the Harmony portal were updated to 10.27 at the time of the release. Private agent installers are available in each region as of the conclusion of each region's release.

As of November 7, 2020, private agent version 10.9 reached end of life and is no longer supported. We recommend that all users of this (and earlier) versions upgrade to the latest versions as soon as practicable.

Note

A fix for the Magento connector was released to APAC and EMEA on 12 November 2020, and will be released to NA on November 16 2020.

New features

Cloud Studio

  • Manual definition of loop nodes is now possible
    To manually create a loop node, drag a source node to a target node, and select Define loop node. To remove a loop node, use its actions menu to select Remove loop node or Remove loop node and mappings.

  • Operations can be duplicated
    A new Duplicate command, which allows you to copy operations for reuse, is now available in the operation actions menu accessible from the project pane and design canvas.

Cloud Studio

  • Jira: Search Filter and Search Dashboard activities added
    Two new activities, Search filter and Search dashboard, are available in the Jira connector.

  • Workday Prism: Get activity available
    A new Get activity is available to query tables and wBuckets. Tables can be filtered on a table name.

Agents, Cloud Studio, and Design Studio

Fixes

Cloud Studio

  • BMC Helix ITSM: Special characters allowed as input in activities
    Special characters (ñ, ê, etc.) can now be included in inputs for the Create, Update, and Query activities.

  • Magento: Request and response schemas are generated without errors
    Request and response schemas are now generated correctly for all Magento activities.

  • ServiceNow: Selecting an object when configuring an activity is successful
    After selecting an object in step 1 of a ServiceNow activity configuration, clicking Next now moves successfully to the next step.

  • New environments are immediately visible in Cloud Studio
    Newly created environments are available in Cloud Studio without needing to log out and log in to the Harmony portal.

  • Duplicate mapping node command is hidden in some circumstances
    The Duplicate Mapping Node command is now displayed in a target node's actions menu only if it can be used on the target node. Previously, this option was being displayed erroneously in schemas inherited from an adjacent activity.

Management Console

  • Two-factor authentication (TFA) no longer overrides IP allowlisting
    If a Harmony organization has both two-factor authentication and IP allowlisting enabled in the organization's settings, the IP allowlist setting is no longer ignored.
