Known issues in Jitterbit Harmony
Introduction
This page provides links to known issues identified with Jitterbit cloud agent groups, web applications, and locally installed applications. Any applications not linked here have no identified known issues.

Cloud agent groups
As updates to Jitterbit cloud agent groups are applied automatically, cloud agents run the current released version for either the Production Cloud Agent Group or the Sandbox Cloud Agent Group.
For the current version of Jitterbit Production and Sandbox Cloud Agent Groups deployed in your region, log in to Harmony:
- Log in to the Harmony portal at login.jitterbit.com.
- Go to Management Console > Agents.
- Select the Cloud tab.

Harmony portal and web applications
Web applications accessed through the Harmony portal are updated automatically and always run the latest released version.

Harmony platform
The Harmony platform is updated automatically and always runs the latest released version.
The Harmony platform has the following known issues:

Endpoints Usage (Beta) page doesn't display Database unique endpoint values
- Summary: The Endpoints Usage (Beta) page doesn't display the values of a Database endpoint's unique identifier fields.
- Additional information: When an Integration Studio Database endpoint or Design Studio Database source or target is configured with a driver installed on private agents and the server name and database name are provided within the endpoint's manual connection string, its Endpoint unique identifier information doesn't display the values of the
serverName
ordatabaseName
. Although the values are not displayed, a unique endpoint is still counted toward your license.

Endpoints Usage (Beta) page displays the username for a Design Studio Salesforce endpoint
- Summary: For Design Studio Salesforce endpoints, the Endpoints Usage (Beta) page's Endpoint name column displays the User name value of the Salesforce Org, as it is not possible for a user to configure an endpoint name.
Locally installed applications
Locally installed applications are upgraded by downloading and running an installer or running on Docker. Therefore, known issues may exist with previous versions that have been resolved in later versions of the application.
