Archive settings in Jitterbit EDI
The Archive settings tab is where you set when a transaction should be archived. To open it, select EDI > Admin in the Harmony portal menu, add or select a trading partner, then select the Archive settings tab:
To set when transactions should be automatically archived, open the Archive after menu, select the archive period (30, 60, or 90 days), then click the Save button.
Both the transaction date and the document date are used to decide when to archive a transaction. Transactions are archived the set number of days (30, 60, or 90) after the later of these two dates.
Archived transactions are listed on the Archive page.
Tip
You can also archive transactions manually.
