Deployment options for Jitterbit App Builder
Jitterbit customers may choose how to deploy App Builder to meet their business requirements and internal policies. All App Builder deployment options support unlimited Applications and unlimited Users. Jitterbit customers can engage App Builder Professional Services and/or Support with all deployment options.
The following App Builder deployment strategies are currently supported:
App Builder cloud hosting
Jitterbit hosts and fully manages the App Builder environment on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with an option to host in AWS GovCloud (US) if required.
The App Builder App Server, Database Server, and corresponding App Builder environment all reside in AWS. App Builder IT manages the following responsibilities and can align with customer standards:

On-premise deployment
The App Builder environment is deployed On-Premise at the customer site.
The App Builder App Server, Database Server, and corresponding App Builder environment all reside on customer hardware in the customer network. This deployment option provides the customer full control and flexibility over the App Builder environment and infrastructure. All maintenance, security, hardware, and software operations are managed by the customer Infrastructure Team.
Customer private cloud
The App Builder environment is deployed on a customer private Cloud Provider.
App Builder supports AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. The App Builder App Server, Database Server, and corresponding App Builder environment all reside in the private Cloud. This deployment option provides flexibility and control over the App Builder environment and infrastructure. All maintenance, security, hardware, and software operations are managed by the customer Cloud Infrastructure Team.
