Enhancements
Agent
-
API system variable support for null processing
The Jitterbit variablejitterbit.api.response
, used to set an API Manager API's response when System Variable is selected in the API configuration, now supports the processing of null values when the new Jitterbit variablejitterbit.api.response.enabled_null_support
is set totrue
before the API response variable is set.It can be used in combination with the
jitterbit.scripting.hex.enable_null_support
variable andHexToString
andBase64Decode
functions to send a Base64-encoded PDF that contains null characters as the API response. Previously, the API variable response was truncated, which remains the default behavior. -

MySQL JDBC driver upgrade
The version of the MySQL JDBC driver that can be used by Integration Studio or Design Studio database connections is now 8.4.0.

- Account lockout period and notification
After 5 failed login attempts using Harmony account credentials, an account is now locked out for 30 minutes and the user is notified by email. To clear the lockout, a user can log in with their existing password after 30 minutes or reset their password. Previously, an account would remain locked out indefinitely until either Jitterbit Support unlocked it or the password was reset.
Harmony portal
- UX improvements
The date, time, and range pickers across all Harmony portal web applications have an improved user experience.
Integration Studio
-
NetSuite Search activity support for setting page size
A NetSuite Search activity has a new Search page size menu in step 1 of its configuration where you can specify the number of records to return per page at runtime, ranging from 5 to 1000. -

Attempting to open a corrupted project now prompts you to restore the project to an earlier state.
Integration Studio SDK connectors
-
Jira Search activity support for expanded responses
A Jira Search activity has a new Expand field in step 3 of its configuration to include additional entities in the response when interacting with Jira projects or issues. When used, you must also edit the response schema (in step 4) to include those entities. -
OpenAI connector GPT-4.1 support

,gpt-4.1-nano
, orgpt-4.1-mini

End of life for version 11.26
As of May 23, 2025, these product versions have reached end of life and are no longer supported:- Private agent version 11.26
- Private API gateway version 11.26
- Design Studio version 11.26
We recommend that users of these versions upgrade to the latest version as soon as practicable.
Important
Private agent version 10.87 was the last 10.x agent version distributed by Jitterbit and is now end of life. To continue to receive private agent updates, including new features, enhancements, security patches, and fixes, upgrading to an 11.x private agent is required.
Follow the instructions to upgrade from 10.x to 11.x agents:
-
Windows agent upgrade instructions (requires a complete uninstall)

User action required: Salesforce retirement of API versions 21 to 30
Salesforce has announced the upcoming retirement of Salesforce Platform API versions 21.0 through 30.0 in its Summer '25 release (May or June 2025).As the Design Studio Salesforce connector has a feature that allows users to defer an upgrade of the Salesforce API version when opening an existing project that uses an earlier API version, it is possible that you may have projects using a Salesforce API version that is being retired. Any affected projects would have been originally created using Design Studio and agent versions earlier than Harmony 8.8 (released in March 2016).
We recommend following these steps to verify each Design Studio project uses a supported Salesforce API version as soon as possible to avoid issues with those integrations.

User action required: Snowflake user
TYPE
property must be updated and future deprecation of single-factor authentication
Snowflake has announced the upcoming deprecation of single-factor authentication, which affects Integration Studio and Design Studio integrations that connect to Snowflake using a password. For those affected, user action is required in two phases:
-
By March 31, 2025, the
TYPE
property of the user account you use to connect to Snowflake must be set toLEGACY_SERVICE
in order to continue using password-based authentication (see Types of users). Without user action, existing integrations using Snowflake single-factor password authentication are expected to begin failing in April 2025. -
By November 2025, you must update the type of authentication used to connect to Snowflake to OAuth or key-pair authentication. At this time, password-based authentication will no longer be supported. In an upcoming release, the Integration Studio Snowflake connector will be updated to add support for the newly required authentication methods.
