New features
Cloud Studio
- Azure OpenAI (Beta) connector
The Azure OpenAI (Beta) connector can be used to generate a text completion based on a provided prompt using the Azure OpenAI Service REST API. This connector is available for use with both cloud and private agents version 10.1 or later. For beta access, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Enhancements
Agent
-
Design Studio Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle OAuth v2 API support
When configuring a Design Studio Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle endpoint with agent version 10.75 / 11.13 or later, its existing OAuth2 settings now support configuration with Autodesk’s OAuth v2 API and remain backwards compatible with Autodesk’s OAuth v1 authentication (being deprecated by Autodesk). -
Cloud Studio SDK connector support for variables in tables
Support for global, project, and Jitterbit variables has been added to text fields used in the Connector SDK table component when using a 10.75 / 11.13 or later agent. Whether a specific connector was built using the SDK is indicated in the documentation for an individual connector. This enhancement affected 92 existing SDK-based connectors. Each field that supports variables is displayed with aV
icon when in edit mode.Note
Although the
V
icon is displayed regardless of the agent version, variable values will not be interpreted correctly unless using a 10.75 / 11.13 or later agent.
Cloud Studio
-
Visual indications of component changes and dependencies
The project pane’s Components tab now shows status icons for modified (M
) or newly created (N
) components after the last deploy. In addition, when a component is selected, a dependency icon is displayed next to any downstream components. -
Airtable Execute activity and OAuth 2.0 support
The new Airtable Execute activity can be used to execute a procedure at Airtable. In addition, when configuring an Airtable connection, you can now select an Auth Scheme of OAuthPKCE (OAuth 2.0 with Proof Key for Code Exchange) and define the advanced configuration properties needed to configure an OAuth 2.0 connection. -
Coupa schema generation enhancements
The schema generation process for Coupa activities has been enhanced, especially for the Coupa Query activity. Previously, the presence of cyclic references in certain objects was causing issues with generating schemas. This is no longer an issue. -
EDI for Cloud v2 connector verbose logging support
The EDI for Cloud v2 connector now supports connector verbose logging with the configuration entry of<logger name="org.jitterbit.connector.ediv2" level="DEBUG"/>
. -
Google BigQuery Execute Custom Query activity
The new Google BigQuery Execute Custom Query activity can be used to execute a SQL query, adding support for more complex queries beyond those already supported by a Google BigQuery Query activity. -
HTTP v2 (Beta) Hawk authentication support
When configuring an HTTP v2 (Beta) connection, you can now select Hawk Authentication in the Authorization menu and provide the Hawk authentication ID, authentication key, application-specific information, an app ID, and DLG to send in headers. -
Jitterbit MQ (Beta) Get Queue Details activity
The new Jitterbit MQ (Beta) Get Queue Details activity can be used to retrieve queue details for a specific Jitterbit Message Queue, including counts of the number of ready and unacknowledged messages in the queue. -
Salesforce Einstein Analytics additional verbose logging details
Enabling verbose logging for the Salesforce Einstein Analytics connector results in the generation of additional log information beyond that already generated. To generate the additional log details, use the new configuration entry of<logger name="org.jitterbit.connector.einstein.analytics" level="DEBUG"/>
. -
Salesforce Events (Beta) support for person accounts
A checkbox labeled Is Person Account Enabled? has been added in the Optional Settings of all Salesforce Events (Beta) subscribe-type activities. When selected, additional fields for a person account are included in the generated schemas.
Harmony portal
-
Harmony portal access to App Builder
The new App Builder > Admin page provides the ability for Harmony organization administrators to configure an App Builder instance to be accessed through the Harmony portal App Builder tile.Note
App Builder is subscription-based. For information about adding App Builder to your license, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Changes
Cloud Studio
-
Operation log filter for Delayed Status removed
You can no longer filter operation logs by Delayed Status. This status can still be reported while up to six attempts are made to fetch logs, with a 10-second timeout between each call. -
Square v2 (Beta) Read activity Search Customer removed
When configuring a Square v2 (Beta) Read activity, the sub-object Search Customer is no longer available for selection in the Customers object. Instead, the same function can be performed using a Square v2 (Beta) Query activity.
Fixes
API gateway
- “Premature EOF” errors reduced
The timeout value for reading a response from the API gateway server has been increased from 1 minute to 10 minutes. This resolves occurrences of an error reporting “Premature EOF” when the time to read the response takes longer than 1 minute and less than 10 minutes.
API Manager
- API Consumer permission combination fixed
When used in combination with the Read organization permission, the ApiConsumer organization permission no longer unexpectedly provides the ability to import, export, and create APIs without Write environment access.

Browser cache is now updated after project migration
It is no longer possible for a migrated project to incorrectly be displayed in an outdated state, requiring a browser refresh to show the current design. Now, the browser cache is automatically updated so that the current version is shown as soon as the project is migrated. -
Designs of projects migrated from deleted projects are now shown
A project migrated from one that has since been deleted from the Harmony cloud, but whose design still exists in the Cloud Studio design repository, is now displayed in the Projects page as expected. Previously, designs of migrated projects whose origin project no longer exists in the Harmony cloud were not being displayed. -
BMC Helix ITSM connector basic authentication issue resolved
A backwards compatibility issue with existing projects using basic authentication with a BMC Helix ITSM connection has been resolved. This issue was introduced when support for OAuth 2.0 authentication was added to the connector in 10.73 / 11.11. -
Google BigQuery Query sample record columns are now in alphabetical order
During configuration of a Google BigQuery Query activity, the preview of sample records returned after using the Test Query button now displays columns in alphabetical order. -
Microsoft SharePoint 365 content type is now automatically detected
In a Microsoft SharePoint 365 Upload File activity, the content type is now automatically detected based on the file content. Previously, a simple text file was being uploaded as multipart content instead of matching the original file. -
ServiceNow activity execution error with multiple instances no longer occurs
When running an operation on a loop using multiple ServiceNow connections, an intermittent error no longer occurs while executing the ServiceNow activities.
Harmony platform
- Downloading a Design Studio project from multiple environments no longer fails
In the Design Studio Download Project tab, when attempting to download a project from multiple environments, the project is now downloaded as expected. Previously, in some situations an error was returned and the project failed to download.

Jitterbit’s intention to stop distributing private agent 10.x
Jitterbit intends to stop distributing a 10.x private agent version within the next several Harmony releases. Since Harmony release 10.63 / 11.1, both a 10.x and 11.x private agent version have been distributed with these differences:-
11.x versions: In 11.1 and later versions, the PostgreSQL database bundled with the private agent is now version 14.5-1.
-
10.x versions: Current 10.x versions are packaged with the existing 9.6.24-1 PostgreSQL. The distributed 10.x versions will continue to be supported in accordance with Jitterbit’s end-of-life policy.

HMAC-SHA1 deprecation and removal from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI
NetSuite is deprecating HMAC-SHA1 as a valid signature algorithm as previously announced (see NetSuite HMAC-SHA1 deprecation). To support these changes, Jitterbit intends to remove the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI in an upcoming Harmony release.Warning
As the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm will no longer be supported by NetSuite or the Harmony NetSuite connectors, you should change any Harmony projects that are presently using HMAC-SHA1 as the signature algorithm to use HMAC-SHA256 as soon as possible to avoid issues with those integrations.
