New features
Agent and Cloud Studio
- New connector
The Google Pub Sub connector is available for use with cloud or private agents 10.60 or later and can be used to create or delete a topic or a subscription; acknowledge or get a message in a selected subscription; and publish a message in a selected topic in Google Cloud Pub/Sub. As a 10.60 agent is required, this connector will be deployed on the timeframe of the Production Cloud Agent Group and private agents.
Cloud Studio
-
New connectors
There are four new connectors available for use with cloud or private agents 10.1 or later:-
BMC Helix for CSP: Get, query, create, or update entity data in BMC Helix for CSP (Communication Service Provider).
-
HTTP v2 (Beta): Use the methods
GET
,POST
,PUT
,DELETE
,PATCH
,HEAD
, orOPTIONS
to connect to a REST API using additional authorization types beyond those available in the HTTP connector. This connector is provided as a beta version. -
MS Azure AD: Query, create, update, or delete records in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
-
Stripe: Search, read, create, update, or delete records in Stripe.
-
Enhancements
API Manager
- Page count of API logs is now displayed
The API Logs page now displays the current page number and the total number of log pages (with 20 logs displayed per page).
Cloud Studio
-
Email connector provides additional options related to attachments
An Email Read Email activity configuration now provides an Include Attachments checkbox (selected by default) and a Maximum Number of Returns field. The response now includes the fieldsfileSize
andfileBase64Length
for each attachment. -
Jira connector now supports API tokens for on-premises instances
When a Jira connection is configured for a Jira On-premise instance type, a new Auth Type field provides the option to specify either an API token or a password. Previously, only an API Token field was present but it required a password to be entered instead of an API token. -
Jira Search Filter activity schemas can now be edited
You can now edit the schemas generated by a Jira Search Filter activity to add additional fields as needed. -
User experience and performance improvements
Multiple improvements have been made to create a better user experience:-
The project pane now has single-click expand/collapse buttons and allows for greater maximum and minimum width when resizing manually.
-
Highlighting of text to rename components in the project pane and design canvas now works as expected.
-
Triggering the drop zone to appear for operation steps on the design canvas is now more natural.
-
Large projects are now faster when performing actions such as adding, editing, or deleting a component and importing a project.
-
Fixes
Cloud Studio
-
Jira connector can now be used to create comments in on-premises instances
Jira Create activities associated with a Jira connection configured with the Jira On-premise instance type are now successful instead of returning an error at runtime. -
Snowflake connections with table- or view-only access can now be used to configure activities
Snowflake account privileges for both tables and views are no longer required when fetching objects during Snowflake activity configuration. Either tables or views now load without error when the credentials configured in an associated Snowflake connection have access to one or the other. -
Snowflake Invoke Stored Procedure activity can now return tables
A Snowflake Invoke stored procedure activity now returns a table when the result set of the stored procedure is a table. Previously, only the first line was returned with a warning related to extra sub-elements.
Notices
NetSuite, Cloud Studio, and Design Studio
-
HMAC-SHA1 deprecation and removal from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI
NetSuite is deprecating HMAC-SHA1 as a valid signature algorithm as previously announced (see NetSuite HMAC-SHA1 deprecation). To support these changes, Jitterbit intends to remove the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI in an upcoming Harmony release.Warning
As the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm will no longer be supported by NetSuite or the Harmony NetSuite connectors, you should change any Harmony projects that are presently using HMAC-SHA1 as the signature algorithm to use HMAC-SHA256 as soon as possible to avoid issues with those integrations.
