Upload data to a Wevo iPaaS lookup table

The Wevo iPaaS platform allows you to upload information from a spreadsheet into a lookup table. This is helpful so you don't have to manually recreate records that are already present in an existing lookup table.

Important

When you upload a spreadsheet into the platform, all existing records are replaced with the ones from the spreadsheet. If you want to add the records from a spreadsheet without losing the information already present in the existing lookup table, follow the steps described in Send data via email in a spreadsheet to export the existing lookup table as a spreadsheet, add the new records to that file, and then follow the steps described in this page to upload the edited file containing all the records.

Upload a spreadsheet

  1. Go to Storage > Lookup Table, then access the lookup table you wish to replace.

  2. Click Upload Spreadsheet.

  3. Click Browse and locate the spreadsheet in your local machine. The file format needs to be .xlsx.

  4. Finally, click Submit and the information will be uploaded.
