Wevo iPaaS tools: Decompress files

The Decompress files tool allows you to decompress files that are in zip or gzip format during integration.

Use the Decompress files tool

From the Tools menu, drag the Decompress files tool to the flow's grid.

Click on the tool after you've dragged it to the grid in order to configure its parameters.

  • Decompress Base64: Base64 is a data encoding method. In this field, you should insert a compacted file. You may use your preferred software or online service to do the encoding.

  • Decompress Name: Enter the name of the file that is compressed in the zip or gzip format.

  • File Extension: Choose the format of the uncompressed file (whether .txt, .pdf, .doc, etc).

  • Decompress Type: Indicate which type of file should be decompressed, zip or gzip.

After defining these settings, click Mapping and map the input to the output.
