OAuth 2.0 requires agent version 11.59 for 11.x agents or 12.4 for 12.x agents. See the Salesforce OAuth 2.0 prerequisites.
API Manager
-
OpenAPI documentation for individual APIs
The API details drawer on the APIs page now includes a Documentation tab for published custom, proxy, and OData APIs, where you can view, edit, regenerate, and publish OpenAPI documentation for a single API. Previously, you could only edit and publish API documentation in bulk for all APIs in an environment. -
Redesigned API Logs page
The API Logs page has a redesigned interface, continuing the gradual rollout announced in 11.59 / 12.3. Organizations already upgraded to the new Analytics page interface receive this update with 12.4; those not yet upgraded receive both interfaces together when the rollout reaches them. If you're interested in early access, contact Jitterbit support. Until then, the previous interface remains available as the legacy API Logs interface. The new interface includes:-
Unified API and operation logs: Operation logs for API-triggered operations now appear alongside API logs, providing end-to-end visibility into API call processing.
-
Unauthorized access logging:
401 Unauthorizedaccess attempts through a private API gateway are now reported with the corresponding status code. -
New search: Expanded operator support (
=,!=) and wildcard pattern matching, with multiple criteria combinable using semicolons. -
Saved queries: Queries can be saved, reused, edited, and deleted.
-
Redesigned time period selector: Choose from preset relative ranges or specify an absolute date range using the new Relative and Absolute tabs.
-
New columns: API Gateway and Gateway Type show the domain name and type (Public or Private) of the gateway that processed the request. Agent, Environment, and Project columns are also now available.
-
Filter columns: Column visibility and order can be customized.
-
Execution tree view: Toggle to display log entries as a nested hierarchy of parent and child operations.
-
Toggle to show request and response payloads: A new toggle in the Settings tab of custom API and OData API configuration determines whether request and response payloads are shown.
-
Log details drawer: Click any log entry to view API information, call headers, and request/response payload (when the new toggle is enabled), as well as debug trace information (when debug logging is enabled).
-
-
Updated card view replaces legacy tile view
The legacy tile view on the APIs page has been replaced with an updated card view. Cards now display all API details upfront without requiring a hover interaction, and each card includes a Services count not previously shown in the tile view.
API Manager and Management Console
- Filter count badge on filter icon
The Filter icon on the APIs page in API Manager and the Projects, Client Certificates, and Message Queues pages in Management Console now displays a numeric badge showing the total count of active filters when the filter panel is collapsed.
EDI
-
Enhanced analytics reporting
The Analytics page's transaction volume report has new visualization and grouping options:-
A View by dropdown lets you display total transaction counts or group data by trading partner, document type, or status, with stacked bar charts and color-coded legends for each grouping.
-
The and chart type buttons switch between bar and line views.
-
The Status grouping includes an All statuses filter and shows transaction trends across system and user-defined transaction statuses.
-
-
Message Types filter on the Messaging page
The Messaging page's Filters pane now includes a Message Types section, allowing you to filter messages by top-level categories such as Communication and Transaction.
Management Console
-
Self-service API subdomain configuration
Organization administrators can now configure an organization's API subdomain directly on the Organizations page. The API subdomain defines the subdomain portion of the base API URL used by the API gateway. A read-only Base API URL preview shows the resulting URL, and a confirmation dialog warns that existing integrations using the current URL may need to be updated after saving. -
Agent Metrics page chart Y-axis labels
The Agent Metrics page now displays Y-axis labels on all charts, indicating the unit of measurement for each chart. Status-based charts display Health Status on the Y-axis, and capacity and activity charts display the relevant unit, such as % Thread Pool Usage, No. of Operations, or No. of Logs. -
Runtime page enhancements
The Runtime page has the following enhancements:-
Paging: Pages now contain approximately 100 operations. To keep linked operation chains intact, all child operations of the last parent on a page are included on that page, even if the total exceeds 100.
-
Queries: Expanded operator support (
=,!=) and wildcard pattern matching, with multiple criteria combinable using semicolons. For accurate!=results, disable the Execution tree view toggle.
-
Marketplace
- Updated card view replaces legacy tile view
The legacy tile view in Marketplace has been replaced with an updated card view. Clicking a card now opens a Details panel that includes a description of the asset alongside other asset information.
Studio and Management Console
-
Role-based project visibility
Studio projects can now be configured to control which organization roles can see the project. This can be configured from the following locations:-
Management Console: Use the new User roles tab in the Management Console Projects page, accessible after selecting a project.
-
Studio: Use the new User roles tab in the project configuration screen, accessible from project settings or the User roles action in the Studio Projects page.
When a new project is created, it is visible by default to all members of the roles the creating user belongs to, and always to all members of the Administrator role. For projects that existed before this release, all roles with access to the environment are enabled by default.
-
Studio
-
Operation option to run on a dedicated agent
A new Run on dedicated agent option in the operation settings Options tab lets you direct an operation to run on a specific agent within a private agent group whose Agent group class is set to High Availability. This option is intended for troubleshooting scenarios such as reproducing a failure on a specific agent or temporarily bypassing a problematic agent while keeping the rest of the group operational. -
Autoselect dependencies toggle for project import
The project import feature has a new Autoselect dependencies toggle (enabled by default) that controls whether required dependencies are automatically included when selecting components to import. Disable it to select individual components without automatically including their dependencies. -
Salesforce API version 65 support
The Salesforce, ServiceMax, and Salesforce Service Cloud connectors now automatically use Salesforce API version 65 when their respective connections are configured with OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (see the Salesforce OAuth 2.0 prerequisites). Connections configured with Basic Auth continue to use Salesforce API version 64. -
Salesforce Bulk activity concurrency mode
The Salesforce Bulk Insert, Bulk Update, Bulk Upsert, Bulk Delete, and Bulk Hard Delete activities have a new Concurrency mode setting under Optional settings. Select Parallel (default existing) or Serial (newly supported) to control how Salesforce processes the bulk data load job. -

Action required: Sunset of legacy SSO redirection URLs
Jitterbit is retiring legacy redirection URLs for Harmony single sign-on (SSO) with this 12.4 release. Since our June 2024 (11.28) announcement that SSO URLs had changed, new and updated SSO configurations require the new URLs. However, your organization may still be using legacy URLs if you configured SSO prior to June 2024 and its configuration has not yet been updated.Organization administrators must reconfigure their existing SSO configuration to use the new URLs, or user logins to Harmony will begin to fail on the following dates:
12.4 APAC April 28, 2026 (12 AM AEST) EMEA April 28, 2026 (9 PM CEST) NA April 29, 2026 (12 PM PDT) How to check if you need to take action
Log in to the Harmony portal, navigate to Management Console > Organizations, and select your organization. In the User Management tab under the Enable SSO toggle, click Configure SSO.
Your organization requires reconfiguration if any of these fields contain the string
jitterbit-cloud-mgmt-console:-
OAuth 2.0: The Client ID or Client Secret fields.
-
SAML 2.0: The Identity Provider Metadata or Service Provider Metadata fields.
Required action
If your organization is using legacy redirect URLs, an organization administrator must reconfigure them:
-
Under the Enable SSO toggle, change the selection to None to remove the existing SSO configuration using the legacy redirect URLs.
-
Recreate the SSO configuration using the latest redirect URLs following the documentation. This must be done in both Harmony and your identity provider:
-
Under the Enable SSO toggle, select the authentication type: OAuth 2.0 or SAML 2.0. Then click Configure SSO.
-
Update the redirect / ACS URLs in your identity provider.
-
-
Test authentication to confirm successful login.
For assistance, contact Jitterbit support.

Fixes
Agent
-
Stale
credentials.txtno longer blocks Docker container restarts
WhenderegisterAgentOnDrainstop=true, restarting the container now automatically deregisters the existing agent and registers a new one, without requiring manual deletion ofcredentials.txt. For details, see Agent behavior on restart. -
Linux agent installation fixed for users with Agent Install permission
Users with only the Agent Install permission can now successfully install a Linux agent when they have Write access to at least one environment. Previously, these users received a401authentication error during Linux agent installation regardless of their environment access.
Agent and Design Studio
- NetSuite transformation refresh no longer fails
Attempting to refresh a NetSuite transformation no longer returns a 500 error. This issue was limited to the macOS version of Design Studio.
Harmony portal
- SSO session expiry no longer causes redirect loop
When a Harmony SSO user's session expires, the Harmony portal now fully completes the logout process by clearing session cookies, preventing an infinite redirect loop between the login and landing pages. Users are redirected to the login page and can log in again successfully.
Management Console
- Cloud Datastore error when editing records with blank custom fields resolved
Modifying a record in the Cloud Datastore page no longer returns aFailed to create storage registererror when non-required custom fields are left blank.
Studio
-
Decision tool condition branches now render correctly after project import
Workflows containing the Decision tool now display condition branch connections correctly in the design canvas after a project is imported. Previously, the connections were missing even though the decision tool and operations were present. -
Schema changes no longer cause Studio instability
Attempting to save a changed schema with duplicated nodes can no longer cause Studio to become unresponsive.
Studio SDK connectors
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 connector security fix
Microsoft Dynamics 365 connector activities no longer expose credentials in error messages when an activity fails.

Retirement of 11.x private agent versioning
The 11.59 / 12.3 release included the final 11.x private agent version (11.59) and the first available 12.x private agent version (12.3). Note the following regarding future releases:-
Final 11.x version: The 11.x private agent version has reached the end of its planned development. All future enhancements, new features, and security updates will be delivered through 12.x private agents. While 11.x agents may receive rare critical fixes for production-impacting issues, no ongoing releases are planned.
-
Recommendation: We strongly recommend upgrading to 12.x private agents as soon as possible to benefit from the latest performance, security, and feature improvements.
-
Upgrade path: You can upgrade directly from 11.x to any 12.x version using our documented upgrade instructions: Windows, Linux, or Docker.
Actions required: Plugin updates and verification of custom connectors for 12.x private agents
-
Plugin updates for 12.x private agents
Performance and security enhancements for 12.x private agents are incompatible with the Multipart Pipeline and AWS S3 Create Plugins. If you use these plugins, user action is required as described in the upgrade instructions. -
Verification of custom connectors for 12.x private agents
Connector SDK connectors that are provided by a third party must undergo development changes to be compatible with 12.x private agents. Before upgrading to 12.x private agents, verify compatibility with the connector developer, or operations using those connectors will begin failing at the time of upgrade.

Action required: Microsoft SharePoint Server connector IDCRL authentication retirement
Microsoft is retiring IDCRL authentication on May 1, 2026. After this date, operations dependent on connections using the SharePoint Online SOAP schema will begin failing. Migration requires creating a new connection using the REST schema, reassigning existing activities to the new connection, and redeploying dependent operations. For full migration steps, see the Microsoft SharePoint Server connection page.Important
If you are connecting to SharePoint Online using the SOAP schema, you must migrate to the REST schema before May 1, 2026 to avoid operation failures.
-
Action required: Upcoming removal of deprecated Cloud Datastore Query Items activity
In an upcoming release, the deprecated Query Items activity in the Cloud Datastore (Beta) connector will be permanently removed. This activity was replaced in the 11.47 release by the redesigned Query Items activity, whose flattened response structure makes it so the individual fields you define in the Management Console Cloud Datastore (Beta) page are returned directly at the top level of the response.Important
If you are using the deprecated Query Items activity in any operations, you must review your operation design and replace it with the redesigned Query Items activity as soon as possible, as the deprecated activity is no longer supported and will be removed in the future.
