API Manager
-
APIM AI Assistant option visibility
The APIM AI Assistant option is now shown to all users as a selection within the Jitterbit AI panel accessible from the API Manager header. To enable its functionality to create and maintain assets in API Manager by interacting with an AI assistant using natural language, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM). -
API creation UX redesign
When creating a new API from the APIs page list view, you now configure it in a drawer with tab-based steps instead of in a full-screen view.
EDI
- Custom fields for trading partners
The Trading Partners page has a new Custom fields section for each trading partner where you can add up to 10 key-value pairs to store information about the trading partner.
Management Console
-
EDI User and EDI Viewer role permissions
New EDI User and EDI Viewer role permissions, used in combination with Write environment access, provide more granular control over user access to Jitterbit EDI features and functions. Assign the permissions on the User Management page depending on the EDI-specific actions you want users in the assigned role to have the ability to perform. -
User Manager role permission
The new User Manager role permission provides the ability to manage non-Admin roles and users, including external users, on the User Management page. -
Access to message queues and agent metrics for non-admin users
The Read role permission now provides access to the Message Queues page and the Agents page Metrics tab. When the role is assigned Read or Write environment access, its users can also view or edit data (respectively) for that environment. -
Password controls in SSO orgs applicability to non-SSO users
When Harmony single sign-on (SSO) is enabled for an organization, the User Management policies for Limit password history reuse and Expire user passwords now apply to users who are on the organization's Bypass SSO list. -
Runtime operation logs collapsed view
When operation debug logging is enabled, operation logs on the Runtime page are now collapsed by default to improve the page performance. -
Multipart Pipeline and AWS S3 Create agent-compatible plugin versions
New versions of the Multipart Pipeline Plugin (deprecated) (version 1.0.10.0) and AWS S3 Create plugin (deprecated) (version 1.0.2.0) are now available. These versions are compatible with recent agent performance and security enhancements and work with all supported agent versions.
Studio
-
Script pad
A new script pad tab, accessible from > Script Pad, opens in the design canvas header next to your workflow tabs. The script pad tab provides a script editor where you can write and test scripts against the currently open project. The script pad cannot be deployed, and its contents are always saved until manually cleared. -
Prompt to deploy dependencies during script testing
When testing a script that requires dependencies to be deployed before the script test can be run, you are now prompted to deploy those dependencies within the script testing workflow. -
Project history additional details
Project history logs now contain detailed information about how a script or transformation was directly changed. (If a script or transformation was changed indirectly, such as by changing the value of a variable used in a script, that detail is not logged, although a change to a variable component is still logged separately.) The additional details are shown only for components changed after the 11.56 release. -
Keyboard shortcut to select multiple project rows
You can now use Shift-click to select a range of projects on the Projects page. (When multiple projects are selected, you can perform bulk actions such as Delete, Label, and Favorite.) -
Improved UX for called operations
On the design canvas, a Called by button is now displayed in the lower right of a called operation indicating the number of other operations it is called by. You can click the button to display a list of references and navigate directly to any workflow, operation, or component that calls the operation.
Studio SDK connectors
-
Azure OpenAI connector chat context support for cloud agents
An Azure OpenAI connection's new Store chat context across operations field can be used to enable persistence of chat history between operations when using cloud agents. When enabled, the connector maintains conversation history between operations within the same environment that share the samechatId(configured in the Register Tools activity). (Private agents maintain chat context in local memory only for operations within the same operation chain that share the samechatId.) -
HTTP v2 connector support for custom character encoding
Character encoding specified in an HTTP v2 activity'sbodyContentTyperequest field now overrides the defaultISO-8859-1charset. To use a specific encoding, append the charset parameter to the content type; for example:application/xml; charset=UTF-8. -
Slack connector Send Message activity
The new Slack Send Message activity can be used to send a message to a user, multiple users, conversation, or channel in Slack. This centralized activity provides a simplified way to perform the functions of multiple existing Slack activities, which remain available.
Changes
API gateway
- General changes
The API gateway has general changes for maintenance and performance.
Management Console
- Runtime page rename
The former Runtime Operations page has been renamed to the Runtime page.
Fixes
Agent
- FTP Write activity rename option now honored
The Use FTP Rename option in a Studio FTP Write activity now renames files as expected. Previously, files weren't being renamed with a temporary name during the file transfer. Note that this setting is honored for both FTP and SFTP writes.
Harmony platform
DbExecuteintermittent error no longer occurs
Under certain circumstances when executing a script with theDbExecutefunction on a Microsoft SQL database, an intermittent error no longer occurs related to setting the transaction isolation level.
Studio
- Display issue with global variables after selective transfer resolved
Global variables now immediately appear as project components after using selective transfer when they are dependencies of the transfer. Previously, global variable components were visible in the target project only after re-saving another component that referenced the global variable, though they still worked as expected at runtime.
Studio SDK connectors
-
Azure OpenAI connector now works with GPT-5 and o1 models
Azure OpenAI Prompt and Register Tools activities whose selected Model ID is a GPT-5 or o1 model no longer result in an operation runtime error. -
OpenAI connector deprecated
o1-minimodel removed
The OpenAI Prompt and Register Tools activities' Model menus no longer have the deprecated modelo1-miniavailable to select.

Operations using incompatible plugin versions within SCAG will begin failing according to the following schedule by region:
Sandbox Cloud Agent Group (SCAG) APAC February 3, 2026 (2 - 6 AM AEDT) EMEA February 3-4, 2026 (9 PM - 1 AM CET) NA Approximately February 11, 2026 In the APAC and EMEA regions, you can remedy operation failures after the 11.56 release following the steps below for the required user action.
In the NA region, the SCAG upgrade for affected organizations is delayed by approximately one week. We recommend taking the required action as soon as possible after the 11.56 release on February 4, 2026 (4 PM PST) (when the plugins become available) to prevent operation failures when the SCAG used by your organization is upgraded approximately 1 week later.
Production Cloud Agent Group (PCAG) impact
In all regions, organizations with operations using these plugins within a Production Cloud Agent Group (PCAG) will be temporarily exempt from the current PCAG upgrade and have a grace period of 6 weeks to update to the new plugin versions, which are backward-compatible. You must complete the required user action by the time the grace period ends on the following dates, or operations will begin failing:
Production Cloud Agent Group (PCAG) APAC March 24, 2026 (3 PM AEDT) EMEA March 25, 2026 (5 AM CET) NA March 25, 2026 (9 PM PDT) Required user action
You must replace any existing uses of the incompatible plugin versions with the new, required versions in your Studio or Design Studio projects:
- Unassign the incompatible plugin from the activity.
- Assign the new, compatible version.
- Test and deploy the operation.
Salesforce connector

User action required: Upcoming removal of deprecated Cloud Datastore Query Items activity
In an upcoming release, the deprecated Query Items activity in the Cloud Datastore connector will be permanently removed. This activity was replaced in the 11.47 release by the redesigned Query Items activity, whose flattened response structure makes it so the individual fields you define in the Management Console Cloud Datastore page are returned directly at the top level of the response.Important
If you are using the deprecated Query Items activity in any operations, you must review your operation design and replace it with the redesigned Query Items activity as soon as possible, as the deprecated activity is no longer supported and will be removed in the future.
