New features

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • PGP connector
The PGP connector is now generally available. It can be used with cloud or private agents to encrypt, decrypt, or sign files in compliance with the OpenPGP encryption standard.

  • Redis v2 connector
The Redis v2 connector is now generally available. It can be used with cloud or private agents to check whether a key exists; to get, set, or delete keys; or to get keys' time to live (TTL) values in Redis.

Enhancements

Agent and Integration Studio

  • NetSuite connector expanded limit for custom fields
A NetSuite connection's Optional settings has a new Enable NetSuite Pagination checkbox. When selected, you can increase the pagination limit to up to 2000, which allows a NetSuite Search activity to retrieve more than the existing default of 1,000 custom fields. This setting requires agents version 11.52 or later.

API Manager

  • APIM AI Assistant support for testing, proxy APIs, and chat history
The APIM AI Assistant provides support for additional interactions including testing APIs and configuring proxy APIs. In addition, you can now view your previous chats using the new History icon and, if you're an administrator, the chat history of other users with the Users chat icon.

  • Portal Manager redesign
The Portal Manager page has been redesigned with an updated user interface.

EDI

  • Redesign of trading partner management
The Trading Partners page, the new name for the former Admin page, has been redesigned with a user experience that is more consistent with other Harmony cloud applications. Click a trading partner to open a drawer containing its workflows, EDI settings, transaction management, and communication settings.

  • Ability to export/import trading partners
On the Trading Partners page, you can now import and export trading partner definitions. Export a single definition using the trading partner's Export icon or select multiple partners and click Export in the toolbar. You can import the definition in any environment using the Import button.

  • User-defined labels for trading partners
Trading partners can now be labeled with user-defined labels. On the Trading Partners page, click a partner's Label icon or select multiple partners and click Label in the toolbar.

  • Transactions page navigation between transaction details
The Transactions page's Transaction details drawer now has controls to navigate to the details of the previous and next transactions.

  • Delayed archiving of manually restored documents
After manually restoring an archived transaction, it will now be listed on the Transactions page for 24 hours unless manually archived. Previously, restored transactions were automatically moved back into the archive within an hour.

Integration Studio

  • Project labels and ability to delete projects in bulk
Projects can now be labeled with user-defined labels, or with the predefined labels Favorites and Recents. On the Projects page, click a project's star icon to favorite it or its Label icon to give it a label. A checkbox is also now shown on each project and above the project list to select multiple projects to apply labels in bulk or to delete up to 10 projects at once.

  • Log (Beta) tool additional control over log content
The Log (Beta) tool now has a single consolidated field, Log content, that supports logging multiple variables and provides the ability to configure the order of text and variables to appear in the log message. To provide feedback on this beta, contact the Jitterbit Product Team.

  • Transfer components UX improvements and control over schedules
The transfer components feature is now presented as a series of steps to improve the user experience, including a separate step for setting project variables. The last step provides new functionality to allow you to choose which schedule changes and operation assignments you want to transfer to the target project. You can also enable the new toggle Transfer schedule settings for operations to have your selections saved and restored during your next transfer to the same target.

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • Google Gemini (Beta) connector Chat ID field
The Google Gemini (Beta) Prompt and Register Tools activities now have the Chat ID available as a field to populate during activity configuration so you don't need to provide the chat ID in the request transformation. To provide feedback on this beta, contact the Jitterbit Product Team.

  • HTTP v2 connector option to define cipher suites
An HTTP v2 connection's Optional settings has a new Add Ciphers checkbox. When selected, you can enter cipher suite definitions to override the default cipher suites.

Management Console

  • AI Assistant page
The new AI Assistant page provides access to the AskJB AI chatbot and, if your organization includes a license for it, the APIM AI Assistant. The dedicated page provides a wider, responsive interface for longer and more complex AI interactions. It supplements the existing contextual panel, which remains available via the Jitterbit AI icon.

  • Download and filtering options in the User Management page
The User Management page now has a Download CSV icon on the Harmony Users, External Users, and Roles tabs to export the data from each tab as a zipped set of CSV files. In addition, the External Users tab now includes the Filter Columns option to provide the same column visibility control available on the other tabs.

Fixes

Agent

  • Improved security
The PostgreSQL database bundled with the private agent and the asynchronous HTTP client library have been upgraded to address security vulnerabilities.

  • Log timestamp corrected
In jitterbit-agent.log, the timestamp reported in the AgentHealthCheckController response for when the cloud status was last updated has been corrected.

  • Java heap size changes now persist on upgrade
The Java heap size no longer resets to default values when upgrading a Windows private agent.

API gateway

  • Improved security
Backend components of the private API gateway have been upgraded to address security vulnerabilities.

Integration Studio and Management Console

Integration Studio

  • Improved performance for large transformations
The performance has been improved when searching within the source or target structures, when saving scripts, and when collapsing scripts in large transformations.

  • Irrelevant operation logs no longer shown
The Integration Studio operation log screen now shows logs only for the selected operation and its children. Previously, logs from other parent operations were being included if they shared a child operation.

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • BMC Helix ITSM connector fixes
BMC Helix ITSM connection fields that are not applicable to the selected authentication method are now shown as disabled. The connector also has fixes related to errors returned when an Update activity fails, when a connection test fails, and when an exception occurs.

Notices

Agent and Design Studio

  • End of life for version 11.33
As of November 7, 2025, these product versions have reached end of life and are no longer supported:

    • Private agent version 11.34
    • Private API gateway version 11.34
    • Design Studio version 11.34

We recommend that users of these versions upgrade to the latest version as soon as practicable.

Design Studio and Integration Studio

  • User action required: Snowflake user TYPE property must be updated and future deprecation of single-factor authentication
Snowflake has announced the upcoming deprecation of single-factor authentication, which affects Integration Studio and Design Studio integrations that connect to Snowflake using a password.

For those affected, user action is required in two phases:

    1. By March 31, 2025, the TYPE property of the user account you use to connect to Snowflake must be set to LEGACY_SERVICE in order to continue using password-based authentication (see Types of users). Without user action, existing integrations using Snowflake single-factor password authentication are expected to begin failing in April 2025.

    2. By November 2025, you must update the type of authentication used to connect to Snowflake to OAuth or key-pair authentication. At this time, password-based authentication will no longer be supported. The Integration Studio Snowflake connector supports both OAuth and key-pair authentication as of the 11.48 release.

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • User action required: Slack deprecation of the Files upload object
Slack has announced the deprecation of its files.upload method and the upcoming retirement of this method on November 12, 2025. Any Slack Files activities that are configured with the Files upload object are affected by this deprecation.

By November 12, 2025, you must reconfigure any existing Slack Files activities that use the Files upload object to use the Files getUploadURLExternal and Files completeUploadExternal objects, which are available as of the 11.50 release, or they will stop functioning.

  • User action required: Upcoming removal of deprecated Cloud Datastore Query Items activity
In an upcoming release, the deprecated Query Items activity in the Cloud Datastore connector will be permanently removed. This activity was replaced in the 11.47 release by the redesigned Query Items activity, whose flattened response structure makes it so the individual fields you define in the Management Console Cloud Datastore page are returned directly at the top level of the response.

    Important

If you are using the deprecated Query Items activity in any operations, you must review your operation design and replace it with the redesigned Query Items activity as soon as possible, as the deprecated activity is no longer supported and will be removed in the future.
