Enhancements

API Manager

  • APIs page option to filter by role
The APIs page Filters pane now has a control to filter the table by Role.

EDI

  • Ability to rename a user-created trading partner
A user-created trading partner's menu now has an Edit option to open a dialog where you can change the name or logo.

Harmony platform

  • Maximum length of API service URLs increased
API service URLs can now have a maximum length of 8,000 characters, which allows for longer GET queries. When the maximum length is exceeded, the API gateway now returns the HTTP error 414 URI Too Large instead of 403 Forbidden.

Integration Studio

  • Transformation minimap
A new minimap in the transformation UI provides a condensed overview of the transformation, enabling easier navigation across large source and target schemas. You can view selected fields, mapping lines, loop nodes, and the currently visible region of the schema. The minimap enhances usability by allowing scrolling and clicking interactions to sync with the full schema view.

  • Improved visibility of and navigation to variable dependencies
These enhancements have been made to viewing and navigating to variable dependencies:

    • Project variable dependencies, categorized into references that read the variable and those that write to the variable, are now shown in the project pane as they are for global variables.
    • Variable dependencies are now shown when you expand a project variable or global variable in the script component palette.
    • Wherever variable dependencies are shown, clicking a component in the dependency list now takes you to that component.
  • Selective import from a project list and ability to hide unaffected items
The selective import feature has these enhancements:

    • A list of other projects in the same environment is now shown for you to select a project to import components from (in addition to the existing option to upload a project JSON).
    • New and icons allow you to show (default) or hide components that are not affected by the import.

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • Amazon Bedrock Register Tools support for additional LLM providers
An Amazon Bedrock Register Tools activity now has support for Amazon, Cohere, and Meta models that support tool use.

  • Epicor Kinetic connector support for Kinetic 2025.2
The Epicor Kinetic connector has been verified to be supported with Kinetic version 2025.2 (ERP build version 12.1.100).

  • GitHub Search activity editable response schema
The response schema generated for a GitHub Search activity can now be edited to change the structure as needed.

  • HTTP v2 connector NTLM authentication
An HTTP v2 connection now has NTLM Authentication available to select in its Authentication menu. When selected, you provide the user's username, password, domain, and workstation details to connect to NTLM-connected resources such as an IIS server.

  • Jira Search activity search API endpoint upgrade
A Jira Search activity now uses Atlassian's JQL enhanced search (POST) API endpoint instead of its JQL (POST) (deprecated) API endpoint, which Atlassian is currently removing in Jira Cloud instances. Jira Search activities use the new API automatically. See Atlassian's changelog for differences between the new and old API endpoints.

  • Slack connector updated support for uploading files and deprecation of the Files upload object
A Slack Files activity has two new objects available to select in configuration step 1: Files getUploadURLExternal and Files completeUploadExternal. In addition, the Files upload object is no longer available to select. This object is deprecated by Slack and is expected to stop functioning in existing activities that use it when the files.upload method is retired by Slack on November 12, 2025.

    Important

You must reconfigure any existing Slack Files activities that use the Files upload object to use the Files getUploadURLExternal and Files completeUploadExternal objects before the files.upload method is retired by Slack, or they will stop functioning on November 12, 2025.

Changes

API gateway

  • General updates
General updates to support upcoming enhancements. Although there is an updated private API gateway version with this release, it has no meaningful external changes.

Fixes

Agent and Integration Studio

  • NetSuite Search activity configuration issue fixed
Configuration of a NetSuite Search activity with a search type of Saved Search with result fields as output now works as expected when the account number is used in uppercase within the saved search URL. Previously, the Next button was not functioning.

EDI

  • FTP retrieval mask option now works
A Retrieval mask specified in an FTP connection's communication settings is now honored. Filename masks support the wildcard characters ? (any single character) and * (any two or more consecutive characters). Previously, any value specified was being ignored.

Integration Studio

  • Database connector can now fetch Excel file data
An issue has been resolved with using a Database Query activity to fetch Microsoft Excel file data. Previously, an error reporting Unable to fetch data occurred.

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • Google Pub Sub schema structures fixed for provided schemas
A Google Pub Sub Get Message activity now has the correct schema structure if the user provides a schema while creating a topic.

Notices

Agent

  • User action required: New APAC cloud agent IPs
If you use APAC region cloud agents to access endpoints within your network behind a firewall, you must allow three additional IP addresses:

    • 16.50.32.215
    • 16.51.140.139
    • 16.51.180.48

The new IPs will go into effect for the APAC Sandbox Cloud Agent Group with its 11.51 upgrade on October 21, 2025. The new IPs went into effect for the APAC Production Cloud Agent Group with its 11.48 upgrade on August 26, 2025. If you don't add these IPs, dependent integration operations will stop functioning as intended.

On October 21, 2025, you may also remove the following IP addresses, which are being decommissioned:

    • 3.0.141.187
    • 13.251.231.2
    • 52.220.155.2

For additional information, see APAC IP changes FAQ. All IP addresses that must be added to ensure communication inbound to your network from cloud agents are listed in Jitterbit allowlist (whitelist) information.

Agent and API gateway

  • End of life for version 11.32
As of September 26, 2025, these product versions have reached end of life and are no longer supported:

    • Private agent version 11.32
    • Private API gateway version 11.32

We recommend that users of these versions upgrade to the latest version as soon as practicable.

Design Studio and Integration Studio

  • User action required: Snowflake user TYPE property must be updated and future deprecation of single-factor authentication
Snowflake has announced the upcoming deprecation of single-factor authentication, which affects Integration Studio and Design Studio integrations that connect to Snowflake using a password.

For those affected, user action is required in two phases:

    1. By March 31, 2025, the TYPE property of the user account you use to connect to Snowflake must be set to LEGACY_SERVICE in order to continue using password-based authentication (see Types of users). Without user action, existing integrations using Snowflake single-factor password authentication are expected to begin failing in April 2025.

    2. By November 2025, you must update the type of authentication used to connect to Snowflake to OAuth or key-pair authentication. At this time, password-based authentication will no longer be supported. The Integration Studio Snowflake connector supports both OAuth and key-pair authentication as of the 11.48 release.

Integration Studio SDK connectors

  • User action required: Slack deprecation of the Files upload object
Slack has announced the deprecation of its files.upload method and the upcoming retirement of this method on November 12, 2025. Any Slack Files activities that are configured with the Files upload object are affected by this deprecation.

By November 12, 2025, you must reconfigure any existing Slack Files activities that use the Files upload object to use the Files getUploadURLExternal and Files completeUploadExternal objects, which are available as of this 11.50 release, or they will stop functioning.

  • User action required: Upcoming removal of deprecated Cloud Datastore Query Items activity
In an upcoming release, the deprecated Query Items activity in the Cloud Datastore connector will be permanently removed. This activity was replaced in the 11.47 release by the redesigned Query Items activity, whose flattened response structure makes it so the individual fields you define in the Management Console Cloud Datastore page are returned directly at the top level of the response.

    Important

If you are using the deprecated Query Items activity in any operations, you must review your operation design and replace it with the redesigned Query Items activity as soon as possible, as the deprecated activity is no longer supported and will be removed in the future.
