Release highlights
- New Feature: Added compression options for file sources and targets.
- Jitterbit Live: Now an API response can be supplied even if a main operation fails.
- Jitterbit Live: API error handling has been improved by providing reference IDs to the end user when an error occurs.
- Connecticity: Added proxy support for FTP/SFTP/FTPS sources and targets.
- Improvement: Added multiple value support for HTTP response headers when using HTTP as a target.
- Improvement: Added ability to select SQL compatibility for target or source so queries can be optimized for a specific database.
- Improvement: Studio now gives a warning when deploying a project, if a newer version of the project exists in the Cloud.
- Improvement: In Studio, Local variables in scripts are now highlighted for improved readability.
- Security: Added additional security to prevent clickjacking and XSS attacks.
- WMC: Added functionality to drain stop an agent from web management console.
Agent
- Improvement: Added proxy support for FTP/SFTP/FTPS sources and targets.
- Improvement: Http status codes and FTP return codes are now saved in global data elements:
- jitterbit.source/target.http.status_code, jitterbit.web_service_call.status_code, jitterbit.source/target.FTP.return_code
- Improvement: Added multiple value support for HTTP response headers when using HTTP as a target.
- Improvement: More than 1024 characters are now allowed in an ODBC connection string or JDBC connection URL.
- Improvement: Added new compression options for file sources and targets-
- Read multiple source data files directly from one or multiple ZIP files
- Compress one or more target files into a single ZIP file
- Ability to append to existing ZIP files when writing targets
- Supports AES and Standard ZIP Encryption modes

- Fix: Global variables pre-defined in jitterbit.conf are now applied when doing a Test Query from the Salesforce Query wizard at design time.
- Fix: Web service WSDLs can now have a request and response schema of RPC stype
- Fix: Fixed the NetSuiteGetSelectValue function that was failing due to an unbound namespace prefix.
Studio
- Improvement: Added ability to select SQL compatibility for target or source so queries can be optimized for a specific database.
- Improvement: New HTTP Proxy Tunnel option for FTP Sources and Targets.
- Improvement: Added new compression options for file sources and targets.
- Improvement: Local variables in scripts are now highlighted for improved readability.
- Improvement: Studio now gives a warning when deploying a project, if a newer version of the project exists in the Cloud.
- Improvement: Studio no longer automatically logs-in after a session timeout, unless both remember username and remember password are set.
- Fix: Fixed bug that caused Template Jitterpaks using the RunXSLT script function to not be created correctly. When importing the Jitterpak, the RunXSLT function call was not resolved to the correct XSLT Transform.
- Fix: Added back link to a Quick Start Tutorial in the Help menu.
- Fix: Fixed bug where a Project Variable was not given a default name when first created in the Studio.
- Fix: Fixed bug with selecting a specific data instance in the Transformation mapping tree after a Test Transformation or Test Operation.
- Fix: Fixed issue where design time tests, like Test Connection, incorrectly used default values for global variables, even if the variables were pre-defined in jitterbit.conf.
