Transaction management in Jitterbit EDI
Introduction
The Transaction management tab contains expandable sections where you can do the following:

Manage transaction archive settings.

Manage PII purge settings.
-
Manually perform PII anonymization.
To open this tab, select EDI > Admin in the Harmony portal menu, add or select a trading partner, then select the Transaction management tab:
Archive settings
Use this section to define when a transaction should be archived:
To change the archive period, open the Archive after menu, select 30, 60, or 90 days, then click the Save button.
Note
Both the transaction date and the document date are used to decide when to archive a transaction. Transactions are archived the set number of days (30, 60, or 90) after the later of these two dates.
Purge
In the Purge section, you can enable an option to continuously purge (permanently delete) entire documents and their PII when they are archived. (Documents are archived according to the schedule set in the Archive settings section.)
To change this option, expand the Purge section, then click Purge documents:
Tip
On the Transactions and Archive pages, PII is hidden by default. Use the Enable PII button to reveal it for 15 minutes.
PII Anonymization
You can use this section to anonymize specific documents by overwriting any PII they might contain. To do this, expand the section, then enter a complete document ID in the search bar. In the results list, select individual documents or All documents, then click the Delete button.
