Apps in Jitterbit Marketplace

Overview

Apps provided through Jitterbit Marketplace are low-code applications built with Jitterbit App Builder. You download each app as an App Builder release package (an .LP file), then install it into your own App Builder instance, where you can configure and extend it to fit your needs. Each package is built for a specific App Builder version and installs only on that exact version. If no package matches your App Builder version, contact Jitterbit support to request one.

To use an app, your organization must be licensed for App Builder. If it is not, you can request more information from within Marketplace. See Get started with apps.

Learning Apps

Jitterbit provides the following apps through Marketplace to help you explore and learn App Builder:

  • AcuTrack: Track physical assets with mobile QR scanning, check-in and check-out, preventative maintenance scheduling, and location dashboards.

  • Form Flow: Build template-driven forms and collect responses through a guided wizard, with conditional field visibility and a review-and-approval workflow.

  • Jira Tracker: Track product lifecycle work across Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Documentation, with tabbed analytics dashboards.

  • Monitoring: Monitor scheduled jobs, notify user groups when a job fails, track resolutions, and run database maintenance.

  • Northwinds: A sample order-fulfillment app built on the classic Northwinds database, useful as a starting point and for learning App Builder.

  • Registration Portal: Provide self-service registration, login, and password recovery, with two-factor authentication and account lockout protection.

Get started with apps

To download and install an app from Marketplace:

  1. Log in to the Harmony portal at https://login.jitterbit.com and open Marketplace.

  2. In the Filters pane under Type, select App to show the available apps. To narrow the list to a specific App Builder version, use the Select App Builder version dropdown that appears below the App filter.

  3. Click an app card to open the Details panel, and review its Requirements (the App Builder version and database it needs). Click the app's Go to documentation link to open its documentation in a separate tab.

  4. Depending on whether your organization is licensed for App Builder, one of these actions is available:

    • Download app: Click to download the app's .LP file to your browser's download location. An App Builder file downloaded successfully notification confirms the download.

    • Get app: If your organization is not licensed for App Builder, the action is labeled Get app. The Details panel shows a message that an App Builder license is required, with a Submit button. Click Submit to send a request for a representative to contact you about App Builder; a Message successfully sent notification confirms it.

  5. Install the downloaded .LP file into your App Builder instance from the App Builder IDE using Install Release.

  6. Follow the app's documentation, accessed through its Go to documentation link or from the page tree on this documentation site, to configure and operate it.
