Jitterbit AI agents in Jitterbit Marketplace

Overview

Jitterbit's pre-built AI agents, provided through Jitterbit Marketplace, can be used to autonomously achieve your goals without direct human oversight. They can make decisions, learn from data, and adapt to dynamic situations in ways that go beyond a set of scripted responses.

Jitterbit offers the following AI agents as license add-ons:

  • The Jitterbit Sales Agent enables your organization's internal Sales team to quickly get answers about real-time sales orders, pricing, and customer data by interacting with a Sales Agent chatbot.
  • The Jitterbit Knowledge Agent enables your organization's internal team to get intelligent answers from your organization's internal data by interacting with a Knowledge Agent chatbot.
  • The Jitterbit HR Agent enables your organization to manage internal HR workflows such as employee onboarding, training administration, IT requests, and software provisioning.

Jitterbit offers the following AI agents for learning purposes to help organizations easily adopt AI:

  • Reactive Agent: A basic AI agent that responds to user queries using a large language model (LLM) without memory or advanced tools.
  • Contextual Agent: A basic AI agent that builds upon the Reactive Agent by storing conversation history and maintaining context across multiple interactions.
  • Salesforce Q&A Agent: A basic AI agent that builds upon the Contextual Agent by adding a specific tool to address particular questions regarding Salesforce account details.
  • GitHub Agent with MCP: A basic AI agent that leverages the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to execute tools on an MCP server and act as a chatbot assistant.
  • OpenAI Fine-Tuned Agent: A basic AI agent that includes a fine-tuning utility to customize an OpenAI model with your data and a conversational agent that uses your fine-tuned model.

Get started with AI agents

To access Jitterbit's AI agents:

  1. Log in to the Harmony portal at https://login.jitterbit.com and open Marketplace.

  2. In the Filters pane under Type, select AI Agent. The available AI agents are displayed.

  3. Click the AI agent's Documentation link to open its documentation in a separate tab. Keep the tab open to refer back to after starting the project.

  4. Depending on whether you have already purchased an AI agent, one of these actions will be displayed for it:

    • Get this agent: Click to open an information dialog, then click Submit to have a representative contact you about purchasing the AI agent.
    • Start Project: Click to open a configuration dialog to download customizations files (if applicable) and create the AI agent as a Studio project.

  5. After clicking Start Project, complete the configuration dialog(s), then click Create Project.

  6. Once the progress dialog indicates the project is created, use the dialog link Go to Studio or open the project directly from the Studio Projects page.
