Find Jitterbit product versions

Introduction

All Jitterbit applications have a version number. If you need to contact support, you should know which version you are using.

For Harmony portal web applications and Wevo iPaaS, we ask that you provide support with the URL and when (date and time) any problem events took place instead of a version number.

This page shows you how to find which version of the following Jitterbit products you are running:

Note

Harmony applications accessed via the Harmony portal are always running the latest available version.

Cloud and private agent versions

The versions of cloud and private agents are shown on the Management Console Agents page:

  • For cloud agents, the current version of the Production Cloud Agent Group and Sandbox Cloud Agent Group are shown in the Cloud tab:

  • For private agents, select the Private tab, then select an agent group to open the Agent group details drawer:

    The version of each private agent is shown in the Version column of the Agents tab.

Private API gateway version

The version of the private API gateway is shown in the console during startup or test (highlighted in the example below):

Cloud Data Loader and Design Studio versions

The version of Cloud Data Loader and Design Studio can be seen in the application window title bar.

App Builder version

The version and build number of App Builder can be seen in the App Builder page footer after logging in.
