Jitterbit support

Urgent issues

For urgent issues, log a Harmony support case through Jitterbit Community with Production Down in the subject line to automatically alert us with an urgent priority assigned. Fully describe the situation in your message and include your contact information, the Jitterbit product you are using, and your endpoints. Include anything you think would help us troubleshoot the problem.

Harmony support

Log a Harmony support case through Jitterbit Community. Support cases are kept in a separate and private section of Jitterbit Community. Once you have logged in to Jitterbit Community, the My Cases and Create Case links become available to create new cases and view your case history.

As your case progresses, you receive email notifications when the case status changes. Be sure to designate yourself and your team members as "Authorized Contacts" with your Jitterbit Sales Representative or Customer Success Manager to ensure the fastest possible support experience.

If you are an Enterprise-level customer, you can call your emergency hotline to escalate support cases, if needed. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you are unsure as to your emergency hotline.

Community forum

Jitterbit Community hosts a crowd-sourced forum for questions and answers on Harmony products. Search the forum for an existing answer, or post a question of your own. Because other users have often worked through the same situation, searching the forum before you open a support case can save time.

The forum and the support case portal are part of the same site: support cases are kept in a separate, private section, described in Harmony support above. A single Jitterbit Community login gives you access to both.

For App Builder, see the App Builder Community Forum.
