Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about IP address changes for APAC cloud agents
Notice
Jitterbit will be updating IP addresses for the APAC Sandbox Cloud Agent Group (SCAG) with the 11.51 release on October 21, 2025. Affected organizations must update their firewall rules before this date to prevent disruption to your Jitterbit operations.
Who is affected by this change?
You are affected if you meet both these conditions:
- Your Harmony organization is in the APAC region.
- You have configured your firewall to allow Jitterbit Cloud Agent Group IP addresses so they can communicate with endpoints within your network.
Note
If you already added the new IPs after our communication regarding the August 26, 2025 IP changes for the APAC Production Cloud Agent Group (PCAG), no further action is required. The new IPs are the same for both Production and Sandbox Cloud Agent Groups.
What action must I take?
- By October 21, 2025: Add the new IP addresses to your firewall's allowlist to prevent disruption to your SCAG operations.
- On October 21, 2025: You can safely remove the old IP addresses.
New IPs (Add by Oct. 21) | Old IPs (Remove on Oct. 21) |
---|---|
16.50.32.215 | 3.0.141.187 |
16.51.140.139 | 13.251.231.2 |
16.51.180.48 | 52.220.155.2 |
What happens if I don't take action?
If the new IP addresses are not added to your firewall's allowlist by October 21, 2025, connectivity between your network and our APAC SCAG will begin to fail. This will cause your dependent integration operations to stop functioning.
