AskJB AI for the Jitterbit Harmony portal and the Jitterbit Documentation site

Introduction

AskJB AI is a generative AI chatbot that helps you get answers about using Jitterbit's products by generating answers sourced from the Jitterbit Documentation site.

Access the chatbot from either the Harmony portal or this documentation site:

  • On the Harmony portal Home page, use the AI icon in the header to open the chatbot.
  • On the Jitterbit Documentation site, use the AskJB AI button in the top right to open the chatbot.

Recommendations

You should interact with the AskJB AI chatbot as you would with any large language model (LLM) AI product.

If you are not receiving expected responses, the following may help:

  • Include the name of the Jitterbit product in your prompt, keeping in mind that Integration Studio (the web-based iPaaS project designer) is different from Design Studio (the desktop iPaaS project designer).

  • Be as precise and clear as possible about your use case to avoid misinterpretation of your prompt. For example, the following prompts all give different, valid answers:

    • Provide a step-by-step guide on how to add a user in Jitterbit Harmony
    • Explain the process of adding a new user as an app developer in Jitterbit App Builder. Please include any differences for inviting new app users.

Limitations

The AskJB AI chatbot has these limitations:

  • The source data is limited to Jitterbit Documentation pages to reduce hallucinations and keep answers as accurate as possible using verified information. No other sources of information are used.

  • Each interaction with the bot is treated as a new chat session. The bot does not maintain context based on a series of interactions.

  • Only prompts in the English language are supported.
