Four51 connector in Jitterbit Design Studio

Overview

The Jitterbit Four51 Connector supports integrations with OrderCloud.io, Four51's B2B eCommerce API platform for developers. Once a connection with the ordercloud API is established, users can configure Jitterbit operations to create, read, update, or delete data in Four51, as well as extend the functionality by integrating with other third-party systems. The Four51 connector is available in Harmony version 8.23 and later.

Prerequisites

Four51 connector functionality

The Four51 Connector allows you to connect to the OrderCloud API and add or delete data, update existing data, or retrieve data for use in Jitterbit integrations. The following activities are available under the Four51 Connector in Jitterbit Studio:

  • Four51 Connector Endpoint
    Each endpoint represents the API URL, authorization URL, application ID, and login credentials for a specific user within Four51. Creating the endpoint allows Jitterbit to access the OrderCloud API to perform the requested operations. You must create at least one Four51 endpoint in order to use the other activities available in the Four51 Connector.
  • Four51 Connector Create
    Creates new data in Four51 via the OrderCloud API. If no ID is specified, a unique ID will be generated.
  • Four51 Connector Read
    Retrieves existing data in Four51 via the OrderCloud API.
  • Four51 Connector Update
    Creates new or replaces existing data in Four51 via the OrderCloud API. A unique ID must be provided. All fields for the associated object will be created or replaced.
  • Four51 Connector Patch Update
    Updates existing data in Four51 via the OrderCloud API. Only the specified fields for the associated object will be updated.
  • Four51 Connector Delete
    Deletes existing data in Four51 via the OrderCloud API.

Access the Four51 connector in Jitterbit

Within your project within Jitterbit Studio, there are several ways to access the activities available within the Four51 Connector:

  • Go to File > New > Connectors, then select the desired Four51 activity.

  • In the tree on the left under Connectors, right-click on the Four51 category, then select the desired Four51 activity.

  • In the tree on the left under Connectors, double-click on the Four51 category, then right-click on the desired Four51 activity and choose the option to create the new activity.

  • In the top toolbar, click the connector icon (orange jigsaw piece) attachment. In the popup, select Four51, then select the desired Four51 activity.
